  25.      This Treaty shall not affect the international treaties which the Federal
  26. Republic of Germany and the German Democratic Republic have concluded with
  27. third countries.

  31. Review of the Treaty
  32.  
  33.      The provisions of this Treaty shall be reviewed in the light of any
  34. fundamental changes in the situation.

  38. Berlin Clause
  39.  
  40.      Consistent with the Quadripartite Agreement of 3 September 1971 this
  41. Treaty will, in accordance with established procedures, be extended to Berlin
  42. (West).

  46. Entry into Force
  47.  
  48.      This Treaty, including the Protocol and Annexes I-IX, shall enter into
  49. force on the date on which the Governments of the Contracting Parties have
  50. informed each other that the necessary constitutional and other national
  51. requirements for such entry into force have been fulfilled.
