  1. Before you lays the entire (as far as I know) TOP package.  Please use and
  2. enjoy it, but don't get it all at once.  In this directory you will find
  3. top.cont.  This file contains a tar tvf type listing of all the files in
  4. the package.  This is a good place to look to see what you have to have NOW.
  5. One of the first things you should get is compress & tar in this directory.
  6. Many files have either a .Z extension or a .tar.Z (sometimes abreviated .t.Z)
  7. extension.  If a file has a .Z extension, you should use compress -d on that
  8. file to uncompress it.  If it has a .tar extension you should use tar xvf on
  9. it to extract the archive.  Note, that I haven't yet had a chance to test
  10. ANYTHING here.  Use at your own risk, I am not responsible.  When I get my
  11. MM/1 perhaps I can drop those last two sentences :).
