  20.      With an estimated 16-18 million Americans suffering with migraine, it is
  21. little wonder that so many questions about "sick headache" are referred to me.
  22. This disease is often familial, occurs in women about 3 times more often than
  23. men, and can affect children as well as adults.  A great deal of information
  24. about migraine, its causes, prevention and treatment is available from the
  25. National Headache Foundation, and it is very easy for you to obtain.  Two
  26. excellent publications are included in their offer to you this week.  One is a
  27. brochure called "Plain Facts About Migraine:  Symptoms and Treatments".  It
  28. explains the nature of migraine, describes the two categories, ("with" and
  29. "without aura"), and lists some of the factors that can precipitate an attack.
  30. The second offering is a reference card, called "Headache:  Q & A" that
  31. provides 13 commonly asked questions and their answers about headache in
  32. general.  Both are yours by sending a stamped self addressed business size
  33. envelope with 2 first class stamps to The National Headache Foundation,
