Documentation: One-stop shopping for your information needs
(Coming soon in a later release)
The new online information system in Internet Explorer 4.0 makes it easy to find information on any part of the product from one, easily accessible place. No more searching through separate Help files! In addition, an enhanced Search mechanism lets you search the new HTML-based Help content the same you search on the web.
You'll find information for all types of users, from beginners to power-users. And all of the information has been written with one goal: to help you get your work done!
The documentation for Internet Explorer 4.0 features the following:
- Integrated content that enables you to look for information on any component of Internet Explorer 4.0 from the same place. For example, you can find information about Outlook Express from the Help menu in the Internet Explorer 4.0 browser.
- More information for both beginners and advanced users. Internet Explorer 4.0's documentation includes procedures, tips and tricks, overviews, conceptual information, and more.
- A new Search mechanism that has the same look, feel, and functionality as the new Internet Explorer 4.0 Search Pane.
- Articles and columns from Zine, an online magazine that's a continuing source of information on how to use Internet Explorer 4.0.
