WAVER distorts a linked texture in such a way that it looks as though it's being viewed
through a funhouse mirror or from above flowing water. WAVER deforms in three dimensions.
How Does It Work?
WAVER smoothly pinches and stretches a linked background texture. Even when specifying a high Scale
Factor (which defines the maximum abount of distortion desired), the result is a very smooth distortion. This is what gives WAVER results the look of a liquid or gaseous distortion.
Hints!
Translating through WAVER in the Z direction gives a nice wavy water effect. (See the Translate component in the Transform class for details on translating through textures.)
