Under the  Tools Menu you will find the following options.

- Calculator : Displays the Calculator window that helps you perform various mathematical operations.

- Dialer: Displays the Dialer window that enables you to dial phone numbers.

- Phone Log: Displays the Phone Log window where you can view information about incoming and outgoing phone calls.

- Run Application: Displays the Run Application window that allow you to launch programs from command line in the same way as Windows' File, Run.

- Web Browser: Launches the default web browser. AMF Daily Planner and PIM reads this setting from the Registry and use it.

- Email Client: Creates a new email using the default email client. AMF Daily Planner and PIM reads this setting from the Registry and use it.

- Users: Displays the User window where you can perform user management.

- Preferences: Displays the Preferences window that lets you set different parameters for the application.
