AMF Daily Planner and PIM was designed to work both on a single computer and in a network. Therefore, this new version allows you to define users and different privileges for them.
There are three levels of privileges in AMF Daily Planner and PIM:
Full/Read/Write - Allows you to read and write data to database
and edit users.
Read/Write - Allows you to read and write data to database
but it does not allow you to edit users.
Read - Allows you to read data from the database but does not
allow to write data or to edit users.
If you have the Full/Read/Write privilege, you can go to Tools menu and select Users option. The Users Management window will be displayed. (see picture below)
In this window you can see a list with all the users and their privileges.
Using the buttons from the right of the list you can perform the following operations:
New - Creates a new user and displays it in the User Properties
window.
Properties - Displays the currently selected user in the User Properties window.
Delete - Deletes the currently selected user from the database.
Export - Exports users in a text file. A new window is displayed and you can
select the file where you want to export the users. Click the Save
button on this window to save it.
Email All - Creates a new email message that will be sent to all users in the
list.
Close - Closes this window.
