When you dial a phone number, it will be logged on your database. You can specify in the Preferences window either or not to log incoming phone calls.
To view the phone log go to Tools menu and select Phone Log option. The Phone Log window will be displayed (see picture below)
You can filter records that will be displayed using the following criteria:
Call direction: incoming, outgoing, incoming and outgoing
Call date prior to a certain date.
Call date after a certain date.
The records that satisfy your criteria are displayed in the left side of the window. For each record you can see the phone number, name, company, call date and subject.
If you want to edit a record click on it and then press the Edit button. The Edit Phone Log window will be displayed (see picture below).
You can edit the information and then click OK to save it or click Cancel to close the window without saving.
If you want to delete a record, click on it and then press the Delete button.
If you want to close this window press Close button or press the ESC key.
