File Menu

Under the File Menu you will find the following options.

- New Item : Creates a new item, depending on the the current folder type (i.e. an alarm for a folder that contains alarms, a task for a folder that contains tasks)

- Open Item : Opens for edit/view the currently selected item in the items list

- Save Item As : Saves currently selected item in the items list in a separate file.

- Close All Items : Closes all open windows

- Select Another User's Data : Opens a window so you can select another database to work with. In this way you can select databases from your computer or stored in the network

- Open Default Data : Open the default database to work with. From the Preferences window you can set a database to be the default.

- Return to Local Data : Open the amf.mdb file located on the application folder.

- Change User : Displays the Login window so you can change the current user.

- Export Current Folder : Displays the Export window so you can export data from the current folder.

- Import in Current Folder : Displays the Import window so you can import data in the current folder.

- Printer Setup : Displays the Printer Setup window where you can setup your printer and printer preferences.

- Printer Preview : Displays the Print Preview window of the currently selected item from the items list.

- Print Current Item : Prints the currently selected item from the items list.

- Print Selected Items : Print all selected items from the items list.

- Print All Within Folder : Print all items under the currently selected folder (one by one).

- Print Items List : Print all items under the currently selected folder (in a list format).

- Folder : Displays the Folder menu

- Backup Database : Backup your database so you can restore it later.

- Restore Databse : Restores data that was previously back up-ed.

- Exit : Exit the application.
