Under the Folder Menu you will find the following options.

- New Folder : Creates a new folder under the current folder. The Folder Properties window will be open and you can select the folder name, type and write a short description.

- Rename Folder : Renames the current folder.

- Delete Folder : Deletes the current folder. Use this option with care because it will delete all the items in the folder and all its subfolders.

- Copy Folder : Copies the current folder to the selected destination.  All its items and subfolders will be copied to that location.

- Move Folder : Moves the current folder to selected destination.  All its items and subfolders will be moved to the new location.

- Folder Properties : Displays the Folder Properties window where you can select the folder name, type and write a short description.

The following special folders are predefined in the database: Alarms, Contacts, Calendar (All Events, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Tasks Due Dates), Notes (Phone Call Notes), Tasks (All Takss, Completed Tasks).

All Events folder displays all the events in the database. Birthdays will contain events that correspond to contacts birthdays. Anniversaries will contains events that correspond to contacts anniversaries.
All Tasks folder displays all the tasks in the database. Tasks Due Dates will contain events that correspond to tasks due dates.
Phone Call Notes will contain notes created due calls to contacts.
