Here's some other stuff that you might find me occupied with when I'm not rokken.

Techie Stuff

Anand Tech is arguably the net's best computer hardware review page. Nothing else is nearly as comprehensive.

Ars Technica is the ultimate techie site, all the news and reviews a tech junkie could want. You can sometimes find me in their Open Forum as "Uncle Badass."

The Datafellows virus description database, assembled by the guys who make f-prot.

Lockergnome A free weekly zine that keeps you abreast of all the cool new utils and freeware programs for your Windows pc.

The guys at Sharky Extreme are total performance freaks, so take their reviews with a grain of salt... but it's still a pretty interesting computer hardware news and reviews page.

/. - News for Nerds.

Tom's Hardware was one of the first tech review sites, and is still good for the occasional visit.

Wired News and C|Net's News.com are both good tech news sites.

Entertainment Stuff

blue's news The best Quake news site on the net.

Bret "Hitman" Hart, my all-time favorite pro wrestler.

CineZine is a weekly movie zine. If you're the type who think Siskel and Ebert should stick their thumbs up their noses, you need to check out CineZine.

Computer Games Strategy Plus, the best computer gaming magazine around.

Dark Horizons is the best place on the web to find news about cool upcoming films (and the occasional tv series). Updated daily, a must-visit for anyone who likes sci-fi, action, and horror movies.

DDT Digest, the most underrated WCW website on the net. Their recaps are of very high quality.

Gaming Insider, a computer game gossip page. Get the juicy dirt on nerdy computer game developers!

Gina Gershon is the most beautiful woman alive. Here's another page with even more Gina.

Old Maid X, a gossip page that's actually a spoof of Gaming Insider. Only on the Internet.

Stomped.com, a cool site dedicated to 3D first-person action games. One of the oldest Quake sites on the net, the news section is run by the legendary Sean "Redwood" Martin.

Scoops Wrestling, home of the infamous Mop-Up. It's easily my favorite wrestling site on the net.

sCary's shuga shack Another cool site about 3D shooters.

Thresh's Firing Squad is a pretty good PC Gaming page.

The X-Files.

Wrestling Headlines gives you the lowdown on all the latest in the world of pro wrestling.

Funny Stuff

Old Man Murray is loosely a computer gaming humor site. Their style is very offbeat, so it takes awhile to get used to... but it's well worth it. These guys are fuggin' hysterical.

The Onion The funniest joke newspaper around. Highly recommended reading.

The Seanbaby pages are a repository of random pop culture. Overall it's a little hit-and-miss, but if you were a big fan of the old 8-bit Nintendo Entertainment System, you have to check out Seanbaby's NES section.

The WWWF Grudge Match features a new imaginary battle every week between two contestants. The two creators argue about who will win, and then leave it up to the readers to vote on it. Past matches have included "John McClane vs. The Death Star," "The Munsters vs. The Addams Family at Family Feud," and "Scooby Doo vs. The X-Files."

Did I mention that Gina Gershon is really, really hot?
