This menu contains the standard items for a filesmenu. New - for new signature files
Open - to open existing signature files
Save - to save the active signature file, the active signature file is one of your signature files (see signatures menu)
Save as - if you decide to save the active signature file under another name
Exit - to close the signature window

You can open only standard text files, html files and pegasus mail files. You cannot open rich-text (RTF) files you can only safe an existing signature file in RTF format (see edit menu).

By pressing the control button on your keyboard together with the letter N a new signature file will be created.
  

This menu contains the standard items for editing files. Copy - copies the selected text on the clipboard
Paste - empties the clipboard in your signature
Select all - selects the the total content of the signature
Font - to change the font of the signature file, the font will only remain in the signature if you save the signature file in Rich-text (RTF) format (see file menu).
Color - to change the color of the signature file, the color will only remain in the signature if you save the signature file in Rich-text (RTF) format (see file menu).
  

With this menu you can manage multiple signature files. In the above situation signature1.htm is active in the signature window because it is checked in the signature list. 

Add - with this menu item you add a new signature file to your list of signature files. The signature file will only become visible if you have saved it.
Remove - this removes the active signature from the signature list.
 

The only menu item in this menu will a the Quotes tag in your signature file.

By adding a special Quotes tag in the signature you decide where the random Quote will be added. The Quotes tag <Quote will be inserted here> can be added more times in every signature file. Quotes will add a different random Quote for every tag. Furthermore will Quotes generate different random Quotes for multiple signature files.
