At the very beginning, distribution firm CTI-PRO s.r.o. set up its objective to be specialized in the field of computer telephony (CT) products. In the area of open hardware platforms, we have chosen to be exclusively concentrated on products of the firm Dialogic, USA, which belongs among leading producers of CT technologies and determines relevant trends in further development of these technologies. Dialogic Corporation products offer a comprehensive assortment, from two-link analogue phone cards, through ISDN PRI, BRI and E1, up to rugged hardware and software systems for integration of computer and integrated telephony, including CSTA, SCSA or H.100 industrial standards. Other specialized Dialogic cards even make it possible to carry out high capacity faxing, conference discussions, voice recognition, transfer of texts into spoken language or phoning via Internet.

High quality and efficient hardware undoubtedly needs a software of corresponding quality. With regards to you as a customer, we may divide all software in the area of computer and Internet telephony into two general groups, which are firstly, development tools for creation of your own applications and secondly finished products, custom made for usage in your systems.

Mgr. David Vφt, current director of the company, is a former developer of highly specialized applications of computer telephony on Dialogic hardware platform. His wide experience is a base for quality technical support of our company. Nowadays, he specializes in the main development line of the company, marketing activities and training for customers.

Ing. Petr Spßeil, current trades director of the company, exploiting his wide experience in sale of telecommunication products. He works with key customers, creates new sale and distribution channels and cooperates on particular marketing activities.

Petr Makovieka, specialist in trade and everything connected with Internet and PC hardware. He uses his profound knowledge of operation of Internet junctions and intranet networks, together with experience in telemarketing, for comprehensive solutions in the area of voice and fax transmissions via IP data networks (VoIP and FoIP technologies).

CTI-PRO, s.r.o. is also occupied with supporting general knowledge of technologies of computer and Internet telephony. Besides the activities mentioned above, we concentrate on training courses and organization of specialized seminars and presentations. We try to support the process where computer and Internet telephony products are becoming widespread among our customer, so that the telecommunication infrastructure in our country might be comparable to those being operated in EU countries.
