This toolbar includes the standard New, Open, and Save buttons as well as the 'Export to HTML'. buttom.
The 'Export to HTML' dialog will give you the opportunity to save all or part of your project in either v3.2 or v4.0 compatible HTML. You will also be given the opportunity to gather all external bitmaps into the publish directory. You should select V3.2 HTML unless you have imported an animated ".ims" file.
The "Cut", "Copy" and "Paste" buttons can be used to duplicate Objects or remove and add Objects to the projects pages. Use the Delete command under the Edit menu to permanently delete an Object from the project. The "Cut" command will remove the Object from the current page but leave it in the project.
