Tim Casswell of Creative Connection prepares flipchart graphic drawings, cartoons and text summarising the progress of a meeting, as it is happening - this gives participants a map at the time of how their meeting is evolving and provides a reference point to return to. A reduced size version can later be photocopied to provide an alternative to the official minutes.
