ABORTION

An Unsolvable Dilemma?

In the United States, women choose to end 25% to 33% of their pregnancies through abortion.

Many religions, organizations and individuals have specific beliefs about the beginning of human life. This leads naturally to conflicting policies on whether a woman should have access to abortion. This struggle cannot be reduced to a simple pro-choice vs. pro-life battle, since each of the two "sides" contains a multitude of slightly different positions. At this time, compromise appears to be impossible.
