Chargeable upgrades

Product upgrades which offer new features are charged at the following rates:

• ArtWorks 1.62 on floppy from earlier floppy, including de-dongle - £12.77 + VAT
• ArtWorks 1.62 on CD from earlier CD, including de-dongle - £12.77 + VAT
• ArtWorks 1.62 on CD from earlier floppy, including de-dongle - £29.00 + VAT
• Eagle since May 95 (new Eidos software) - £17.00 + VAT
• Colour Card to Colour Card Gold - £17.00 + VAT
• Formulix to 2.10 - £12.77 + VAT
• Impression Publisher 4.09 from earlier including de-dongle - £12.77 + VAT
• Impression Publisher Plus 5.09 from earlier - £10.00 + VAT
• MacFS & MacFS light 1.06 from earlier (foc from 1.05 or 1.05a) - £10.00 + VAT
• Turbodriver 4.04 from earlier - £10 + VAT

Upgrades which offer compatability with new third party products, such as the Risc PC, new versions of Printers, RISC OS 3.1 and RISC OS 3.6 are charged atthe following rates:

• LaserDirect 4.03 - £10 + VAT
• ScanLight 2.06 - £10 + VAT
• TurboDrivers 4.0 or later - £10 + VAT
• ArtWorks 1.6 (includes de-dongle) - £12.77 + VAT
• Eagle - £17.00 + VAT
• Style 3.07 - £10.00 + VAT

In some cases we have issued intermediate upgrades, like ArtWorks 1.50 to 1.56, Style 3.00 to 3.05 and Publisher 4.00 to 4.05. These versions contain fixes that are usually only relevant to a minority of customers, in particular Risc PC owners. These are usually free, but to help us keep our costs down so that we can continue to offer free upgrades in such cases, please do not ask for these upgrades if you are not aware of any particular problem.
