Provides installation and serial port configuration procedures for the RocketPort Universal PCI configuration tool, the Comtrol Drivers Management Console, which means that you no longer need to use the Device Manager to configure the device driver.

You must log in as administrator when using the Comtrol Drivers Management Console.
