If you contact Technical Support, you may be asked to changes settings that are available in this menu to help diagnose a problem.
Note: The options in this menu are intended for use by persons with advanced technical knowledge. Changing these settings will not cause harm to the system, but you need to understand what you are changing in order to interpret the results. If you do not understand what these controls affect, do not change them.
You can select one of the following options from the Settings menu:
Port Settings - Change the standard COM port settings of one or all ports.
Miscellaneous - Change miscellaneous communication settings.
Timeouts - Change the duration values assigned to selected read and write parameters.
Events - Allows you to set special Windows events.
Queue Size - Change the queue settings.
