To install Amiga-Apache, you need at least a minimum GeekGadgets/ixemul installation. Check at the before installing Amiga-Apache page for links to a minimum set of required GG packages and some additional useful utilities.
For a first time user, read the binary installation manual on how to install the binary distribution of Amiga-Apache. Once you got it running, you may check whether you need additional modules compiled in. Either mail me to make a new binary or read in the compiling Amiga-Apache manual on how to compile Amiga-Apache yourself.
