How to ignore protocols

Instead of showing all protocols for all systems, you may want to filter specific protocols for servers in the business group.

You can filter, or ignore, protocols by choosing which protocols are associated with a business group. You may also edit a business group after it has been created to filter the protocols then.

1.	Choose Organization Group > Business Groups tab.

2.	Double-click a business group that has a data source. The Edit Business Group window appears.

3.	In the upper right, ensure the Enable Business Group application filter option is selected, then click the Select button.

The Application Filter window appears. It is divided into two sections. The top half lists which network applications are being filtered. The bottom half shows which fields the filters are applied.

4.	Click Add to select the protocols you want this business group to filter. You may use Ctrl+Shift or Ctrl+Alt and the mouse.
