Basic usage
===========

   Using EqEd should be quite straight forward. Enter the expression
using the keyboard as usual for text and number, changing the font with
the two cyclegadgets.  Special mathematical symbol can be entered using
the toolbars. Editing can be done by both keyboard and mouse, cutting
and copying parts of the expression to be placed elsewhere in the
expression. The return key enables multiple lines in the expression,
while tab makes leftjustified columns. For faster insertion of symbols,
function, greek letters you can use the  Set Key menu to create keyboard
shortcuts for those. Use  Save prefs to remember the shortcuts after
quiting the program.

   The expression can be saved in five different formats, see
 Output Format about those.
