  88. The Main Menu consists of 4 choices:
  89.  
  90.      1. Print Exams.
  91.      Selecting "Print Exams" will bring you to the Quiz Master
  92.      Print Exam Menu which allows you select question banks,
  93.      select questions, and print exams. 
  94.  
  95.      2. Utilities.
  96.      Selecting "Utilities" will bring you to the Utility Menu
  97.      which allows you to enter new printers, edit existing
  98.      printers, set-up the page layout and run the question bank
  99.      checking program.
  100.  
  101.      3. Help. Selecting Help will display instructions for using
  102.      the menu.
  103.  
  104.      4. Quit. Selecting "Quit" will return you to the MSDOS
  105.      operating system.

  109. Note : Also supplied with the program is a demo program. This is
  110. a tutorial and on screen demo system combined to show you how to
  111. select question banks, questions, and print an exam. To run the
  112. DEMO program from the C:\QM50 prompt type DEMO and follow the
  113. instructions. The demo also contains the registry order form and
  114. prices.

  164.      Shown above is the Print Exam Menu. This menu screen shows
  165. the choices at the top, and the status of all the current
  166. settings at the bottom. There is a chapter in this manual for
  167. every menu topic shown at the top of the menu.

  169.      The bottom left of the screen shows the following:
  170.  
  171.      1. Exam File Name: This is displayed when we save or
  172.      retrieve an exam. You can choose questions banks, select
  173.      questions to print, then save the exam for printing at a
  174.      later date.
  175.  
  176.      2. Quantity On List of 10: This shows you how many question
  177.      banks you have on the list of 10. The list of 10 allows you
  178.      to mix questions from up to 10 different question banks. 
  179.  
  180.      3. Working with Question Bank: This shows the title of the
  181.      question bank currently selected from the List of 10.
  182.  
  183.      4. Page Header File Name: This shows the current Page
  184.      Heading file selected. The Page Heading prints at the top of
  185.      each page of the exam.

  228.      This menu screen shows the choices at the top, and the
  229. status of all the current settings at the bottom. There is a
  230. chapter in this manual for every menu topic shown at the top of
  231. the menu.

  233.      The left side of the screen shows the Question Bank you are
  234. currently checking and it's title. The Question Bank File and
  235. name is filled in when you select a question bank to check.

  237.      Printer File and Printer Name is filled in when you select a
  238. printer, or select a Page Layout.

  240.      The right side of the screen shows the printer settings for
  241. the page layout. It shows the Page Layout File, the status of 8
  242. Lines/Inch and Elite. It also shows the left, top & bottom margin
  243. settings and the number of lines to print per page.
