BRIEF SUMMARY OF EVENTS
-----------------------
Solar activity was low today and is expected to be low to moderate. A
possibility for minor M-class flares exist from Region 6919 (S12E24) which
decayed slightly today and Region 6924 (N09W00) which showed tremendous
growth over the last 24 hours, almost doubling in size. A very slight risk
for an isolated major flare also exists in Region 6919.
The geomagnetic field has been quiet today. Activity has been stable
and should remain mostly quiet to unsettled over the next 24 hours. Auroral
activity is also dormant and should remain dormant over the next several
days.
HF propagation conditions were normal over all regions. Global
conditions should remain near normal over the next 24 hours. Low and middle
latitude propagation conditions should vary from good to very good.
