  4. Ingredients for 5 gallons

  6.     6 lbs. Klages malt
  7.     1 lb.  Light Munich malt
  8.   1/2 lb.  wheat malt
  9.   
  10.   1/2 oz.  Cascade hop pellets (60 min.)  1/2 oz.  Cascade hop pellets (30 min.)  1 oz. Hallertauer hop pellets(30 min.)  1/2 oz. Chinook hop pellets (dry hop)
  11.  
  12.    1 teaspoon Gypsum
  13.    1 pkg. Brewers Choice German Lager
  14.           Liquid Yeast
  15.   3/4 cup dextrose to prime
  16.
