  151.  Allow AT LEAST 4 weeks  to  handle  the registration, counted  from the
  152.  moment  the  money  is  received. When  cheques  are used, they must be
  153.  cleared  by  the bank BEFORE I will start sending the package (this can
  154.  take up to 4 weeks, depending on the type of cheque). Eurocheques  that
  155.  are valid (see later) do  not  have to be cleared first ! The scheduled
  156.  shipment of the first batches will be around the end of August.

  158.  You  CAN  send  the registration form by electronic mail to 2:281/904.5
  159.  (to Rob van.hoeven)  but  the  moment  the  cheque, cash or transfer to
  160.  my  bank/giro  account is in, will count as the date of submission. !!!
  161.  If you  use  this way of registration, MAKE SURE that I can combine the
  162.  registration  form  with  the money transfer (so add a number, name and
  163.  address on both  so  I  can  combine the two). It will not be the first
  164.  time that I receive money that  is  not accounted for or forms that can
  165.  not be combined with a money-transfer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  167.  (1) Notes for (postal) money orders:

  169.  - Sometimes a postal money order will cost extra money, either at
  170.    your side or at my side. Add US$ 10,-- for the tranfer if this
  171.    is the case;

  174.  (2) Notes for euro/giro cheques:
  175.  
  176.  - When you want to register this product and you are going to pay with
  177.    a so called EuroCheque than please do one of the following;
  178.  
  179.  - Calculate the amount of US $ into DUTCH currency (at the time of
  180.    this writing the US dollar will cost Hfl 1.75 in dutch money) and
  181.    write out the cheque in DUTCH (guldens/HFl) currency. Please check
  182.    out the local transfer rates for Dollars to Dutch money OR calculate
  183.    the amount of US $ into your OWN currency and write out the cheque
  184.    in your OWN currency;
  185.  
  186.  - When you are a non-USA customer, NEVER write an eurocheque in US$
  187.    currency, they will be returned to you because the tranfer from
  188.    US$ to local currency will cost more than a non-commercial
  189.    registration of FileDoor;
  190.  
  191.  - When you write out a Giro-cheque, always put the amount in LETTERS
  192.    on the back of the dutch giro-cheque (only DUTCH giro cheques are
  193.    allowed);
  194.  
  195.  - When you write out a Euro-cheque, always put the NUMBER on the back
  196.    of the cheque. When not supplied, I must return the cheque;

  199.  (3) Notes for Giro Account:
  200.  
  201.  - Never be sure  that the supplied account number in this documentation
  202.    is the correct one, because ANYONE can change it. Always (if possible
  203.    and easy) check  before  you  act. GiroTel users will see the correct
  204.    name when transferring money  because GiroTel first checks the number
  205.    agains the name;
  206.  
  207.  - You can transfer money onto the Dutch Giro account 5416631 under the
  208.    name R.W. van Hoeven, PO Box 131, Badhoevedorp;
  209.  
  210.  - When  you  use  GiroTel  <tm>, be sure to send a registration form to
  211.    my  normal  address  and  TO  INCLUDE  YOUR  NAME  AND ADDRESS in the
  212.    descriptive  part  of  the  transfer,  because GiroTel transfers will
  213.    show  an  amount  of  money at my side but NO NAME AND ADDRESS !!!!!!

  215.  - When  you  tranfer  from  Europe to this Giro Account, make sure that
  216.    I  receive  the  equivalent  of  the money that is requested. In most
  217.    cases, both  your  and  our  Giro department will ask extra money for
  218.    the  transfer. It  is  up  to  YOU to cover these costs. If I receive
  219.    less  than  requested, I  will  bounce  the tranfer and the costs for
  220.    the  bounce  are  (again) subtracted  from  the original amount. Make
  221.    SURE THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE CORRECT AMOUNT ON MY ACCOUNT NUMBER.  If
  222.    you  are  unsure  but you still want to transfer in this fashion, you
  223.    should add US $ 15,-- to the total of the registation;

  226.  (4) Notes for Bank Account:
  227.  
  228.  - Never be sure  that the supplied account number in this documentation
  229.    is the correct one, because ANYONE can change it. Always (if possible
  230.    and easy) check  before  you  act. You can check by sending me a FIDO
  231.    message (2:281/904.5 under Rob van.hoeven);

  233.  - You can transfer money onto my dutch bank ABN-AMRO account number
  234.    54.61.22.787 under the name R.W. van Hoeven, Badhoevedorp. Please
  235.    include the name of the bank (ABN-AMRO Amstelveen) when you send
  236.    from other countries than The Netherlands;
