02/24/1993 PITTSBURGH (UPI) -- A Pittsburgh man who shot and
wounded two teenagers who he tracked down after they stole his car
has been convicted of two counts of reckless endangerment but
acquitted on two counts of aggravated assault. The Allegheny County
Common Pleas Court jury reached the verdicts Tuesday in the case of
Louis Lardo, 54, of Penn Hills, who shot and wounded Marquis Martin,
17 and Oliver Finley, 16, after finding them inside his stolen car
Nov. 21, 1991.
Lardo faces a maximum sentence of two to four years in prison,
plus a maximum fine of $10,000. He will be sentenced May 26 by Judge
David Cashman.
