  10.          ROT is back! After months of not doing much, or having
  11.          a stable support board, we are back..for now anyways..
  12.          Members are fucked, sites are fucked, so if your not
  13.          on the list fuck you. ROT's WHQ ( The UnderCity )
  14.          was dead from summer until now, and when it got back
  15.          up, i found more than half the boards are down, and
  16.          half the members are nowhere to be found, so alot of
  17.          positions are open for sites and writers. Here is a
