  18.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  20.     Work flou into melted butter, add milk and bring to boil. Have        
  21.     tomatoes strained and boiling hot. Add boiling tomatoes to boiling    
  22.     milk, season to taste. Will not curdle.
