5 ea Salsify roots - medium
1 qt Milk - whole
1 Tbsp Butter
Salt
Pepper
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Pare roots and slice or run through fruit chopper. Boil in just enough
water to cover salsify. Add milk, butter and seasoning. Bring to a
boil.
