  15.        1        Tbsp  Butter                                            
  16.                       Salt

  19.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  21.     Pare roots and slice or run through fruit chopper. Boil in just enough
  22.     water to cover salsify. Add milk, butter and seasoning. Bring to a    
  23.     boil.
