  15.        1        can   Salmon                                            
  16.                       Salt                                              
  17.                       Pepper                                            
  18.                       Cracker crumbs

  20.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  22.     Place three quarts milk over fire to scald, add 2 T. butter, can of   
  23.     salmon, shredded with fork, (put in salmon when milk is hot), salt and
  24.     pepper to taste. Thicken with cracker crumbs.
