  11.     INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

  13.        3        cup   Milk                                              
  14.        1/4      lb    Mushrooms - fresh - chopped                       
  15.        1        Tbsp  Butter                                            
  16.        1        tsp   Flour

  18.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  20.     Cook mushrooms in double boiler with enough water to cover well, for  
  21.     20 minutes. Add milk and thicken with flour and butter rubbed smooth  
  22.     and dissolved in a little of the hot milk before adding to soup.      
  23.     Season and boil to cook flour. Add spoonful whipped cream in each     
  24.     serving.
