  14.        1        cup   Water                                             
  15.        1        cup   Milk - or cream                                   
  16.        1        Tbsp  Butter

  18.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  20.     Cook corn in water for a few minutes, press through sieve, return to  
  21.     fire, add seasoning, milk and butter. Serve hot.
