  11.     INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

  13.        3        ea    Eggs - slightly beaten                            
  14.        1/2      cup   Sugar                                             
  15.        1/8      tsp   Salt                                              
  16.        3        cup   Milk - scalded                                    
  17.        1        cup   Cocoanut - shredded

  19.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  21.     Line a pie plate with pastry rolled an 1/8 inch beyond edge. Fold edge
  22.     back to form a standing rim and flute with fingers. Combine eggs,     
  23.     sugar and salt, add milk, cocoanut, and mix thoroughly. Pour into pie 
  24.     shell. Bake in hot oven 450 F. 20 minutes.
