INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
3 ea Eggs - slightly beaten
1/2 cup Sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
3 cup Milk - scalded
1 cup Cocoanut - shredded
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Line a pie plate with pastry rolled an 1/8 inch beyond edge. Fold edge
back to form a standing rim and flute with fingers. Combine eggs,
sugar and salt, add milk, cocoanut, and mix thoroughly. Pour into pie
shell. Bake in hot oven 450 F. 20 minutes.
