  13.        1        ea    Angel food cake                                   
  14.        1        cup   Pineapple - diced                                 
  15.        1        cup   Cocoanut                                          
  16.                       OR                                                
  17.        1        cup   Cherries                                          
  18.                       OR                                                
  19.        1        cup   Strawberries                                      
  20.        1        cup   Double cream - whipped                            
  21.        1/2      lb    Marshmallows - cut                                
  22.        1        cup   Pecan meats - salted

  24.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  26.     With two forks carefully remove inside of cake, leaving firm shell.   
  27.     Tear these in small pieces and blend with whipped cream, cocoanut,    
  28.     pineapple and cut marshmallows. Fill ring and allow to stand for      
  29.     several hours. When ready to serve, add more whipped cream, flavored, 
  30.     sprinkle with berries and salted nuts.
