  13.        1        cup   Strawberries - mashed                             
  14.        1        cup   Sugar - granulated                                
  15.        1        ea    Egg white

  17.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  19.     Mash 1 c. dry strawberries. Add 1 c. granulated sugar, 1 egg white.   
  20.     Beat until thick enough to hold shape. Substitute red raspberries,    
  21.     peaches, bananas or apricots. Fruit must be dry.
