INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
2 cup Water
1 1/3 cup Sugar - or to taste
1 tsp Knox gelatine - unnecessary
1 pt Cranberries - more if desired
1 ea Lemon - juice
2 ea Egg whites - stiffly beaten
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Make syrup by boiling water and sugar together for 5 minutes. Boil
cranberries until soft in little water, press through sieve, add to
syrup. Cool and freeze. When slightly frozen in refrigerator try add
stiffly beaten whites of 2 eggs, beat well with frozen liquid. Repack
and freeze as desired. Use any fruit juice. We like different berry
juices, grape, lemon and orange combined or lemon alone.
