  13.        2        cup   Peaches - fresh - sliced                          
  14.        2/3      cup   Sugar                                             
  15.        3        drops Almond extract                                    
  16.        2        cup   Cream - whipped

  18.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  20.     Peel and slice peaches, cover with sugar, let stand one hour. Wash and
  21.     run through a sieve. Fold in cream, whipped until stiff, add almond   
  22.     flavoring. Pour into tray and freeze without stirring.
