  13.        1        cup   Milk                                              
  14.        1/2      cup   Sugar                                             
  15.        4        Tbsp  Flour                                             
  16.        1/8      tsp   Salt                                              
  17.        1 1/2    cup   Peaches - mashed                                  
  18.        1/2      cup   Sugar                                             
  19.        1        cup   Cream

  21.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  23.     Scald milk, mix together sugar, flour, salt and pour milk over them.  
  24.     Cook over hot water about 20 minutes. Cool and add peaches sweetened  
  25.     with remaining sugar. Add cream. Stir two or three times while        
  26.     freezing. Other fruits may be used in place of peaches.

  28.     Note: Sugar calls for 1/2 c.  or 3/4 c.
