INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
3 ea Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 Salt - pinch
1 cup Whipping cream
1 cup Milk
1 cup Orange juice
OR
1 ea Lemon - juice of
OR
1 cup Seasonal fruit
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Cream egg yolks until light and fluffy. Beat whites of eggs with salt
until stiff. Add yolks to whites, with sugar, whipped cream, milk and
fruit. Put in trays of refrigerator, freeze until mushy. Remove and
stir until fluffy. Replace in refrigerator and let stay until desired
consistency.
