  13.        8        ea    Egg yolks                                         
  14.        2        Tbsp  Vinegar                                           
  15.        8        Tbsp  Sugar                                             
  16.        1        lb    Marshmallows                                      
  17.        1        can   Crushed pineapple - large can                     
  18.        1        ea    Cherries - 25 cent bottle                         
  19.        1        cup   Pecan nuts - chopped                              
  20.        1        qt    Cream - whipped

  22.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  24.     Mix egg yolks, vinegar and sugar. Cook over slow fire, stire while    
  25.     cooking. Set off to cool. Cut marshmallows fine, add charries and     
  26.     pineapple, using cherry juice. Let stand on-half hour. Add cooked egg 
  27.     yolks, vinegar, sugar, nuts and whipped cream. Stir well, put in pans 
  28.     to freeze. Serves about 25 to 30.
