INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
1 can Apricots - large can
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Water
1 ea Juice - of one lemon
1 pt Whipped cream
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Make syrup of sugar and water. Add apricots which have been rubbed
through sieve. Add lemon juice and whipped cream. Freeze in trays.
Serves 8 to 10.
