  13.        1        can   Apricots - large can                              
  14.        1        cup   Sugar                                             
  15.        1/2      cup   Water                                             
  16.        1        ea    Juice - of one lemon                              
  17.        1        pt    Whipped cream

  19.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  21.     Make syrup of sugar and water. Add apricots which have been rubbed    
  22.     through sieve. Add lemon juice and whipped cream. Freeze in trays.    
  23.     Serves 8 to 10.
