  13.        2 1/2    qt    Milk                                              
  14.        10       Tbsp  Flour                                             
  15.        3 3/4    cup   Sugar                                             
  16.        4        ea    Egg yolks                                         
  17.        2        cup   Cream - heavy                                     
  18.        4        tsp   Vanilla

  20.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  22.     Scald milk, stirring constantly. Mix flour, egg yolks, sugar and pint 
  23.     of milk to gelatine. Pour into hot milk. Boil until it thickens. When 
  24.     cold add cream, flavoring and last egg whites. Freeze.                
  25.                                                                           
  26.     Note: Ingredients did not call for gelatine. Assume 1 oz unflavored   
  27.     gelatine.
