  13.        3        qt    Milk - whole                                      
  14.        1        qt    Cream                                             
  15.        2        ea    Eggs                                              
  16.        1        oz    Gelatine - unflavored                             
  17.        2 1/2    cup   Sugar                                             
  18.        2        tsp   Vanilla

  20.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  22.     Put gelatine into bowl, add enough milk to dissolve. Beat eggs        
  23.     thoroughly, add sugar and milk enough to dissolve sugar. Add to       
  24.     remainder of milk and cream and place on stove. Stir until milk is    
  25.     heated but do not boil. Remove from fire, add gelatine and flavoring. 
  26.     Allow mixture to cool before freezing.
