INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
2 cup Sour cream
2 ea Eggs - beaten separately
2 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Cornmeal - optional
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Mix beaten egg yolks with sour cream. Sift dry ingredients and combine
with first mixture. Add stiffly beaten whites of eggs. Bake at once on
hot waffle iron.
