  13.        1 1/2    cup   Bread crumbs - stale - fine                       
  14.        2        ea    Eggs                                              
  15.        1 1/2    cup   Milk - scalded                                    
  16.        1/2      cup   Flour                                             
  17.        2        Tbsp  Butter                                            
  18.        4        tsp   Baking powder                                     
  19.        1/2      tsp   Salt

  21.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  23.     Add milk and butter to crumbs and soak until crumbs are soft. Add well
  24.     beaten eggs, then flour, salt, and baking powder. Cook same as other  
  25.     griddle cakes.
