INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
1 1/2 cup Bread crumbs - stale - fine
2 ea Eggs
1 1/2 cup Milk - scalded
1/2 cup Flour
2 Tbsp Butter
4 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Add milk and butter to crumbs and soak until crumbs are soft. Add well
beaten eggs, then flour, salt, and baking powder. Cook same as other
griddle cakes.
