  14.        4        tsp   Baking powder                                     
  15.        2/3      cup   Corn meal                                         
  16.        2/3      tsp   Salt                                              
  17.        3        Tbsp  Sugar - granulated                                
  18.        1        ea    Egg - beaten                                      
  19.        1 1/2    cup   Milk                                              
  20.        2        Tbsp  Fat - melted

  22.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  24.     Mix ingredients and beat together for 2 minutes. Pour onto greased    
  25.     griddle size of cake desired. Bake until upper sides are filled with  
  26.     bubbles. Turn once. Serve piping hot.
