  14.        1 1/4    cup   Flour                                             
  15.        1/2      tsp   Salt                                              
  16.        2        tsp   Baking powder                                     
  17.        2        Tbsp  Sugar                                             
  18.        2        ea    Eggs                                              
  19.        3/4      cup   Milk                                              
  20.        2        Tbsp  Lard

  22.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  24.     Sift dry ingredients together in bowl, add milk and melted lard and   
  25.     beat well. Bake 20 minutes in hot oven.

  27.     Note: Hot oven is 400 - 450 F.
