  13.        1        ea    Yeast cake - loose - softened                     
  14.        1/2      cup   Sugar                                             
  15.        1        cup   Lard and butter - mixed                           
  16.        1        cup   Milk                                              
  17.        4        cup   Flour                                             
  18.        2        tsp   Salt                                              
  19.        3        ea    Eggs - well beaten                                
  20.                       Sour cream                                        
  21.                       Sugar                                             
  22.                       Cinnamon

  24.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  26.     Sift flour and put in large kettle. Add sugar, salt, melted lard and  
  27.     butter, milk, yeast and eggs. Mix well and let stand to rise. Mix down
  28.     with spoon, let rise again. Put into pans, let rise. When ready to put
  29.     into oven, cover with thick sour cream, sugar and cinnamon. Bake at   
  30.     350 F. about 40 minutes.
