  13.        1/2      cup   Shortening                                        
  14.        1        cup   Brown sugar                                       
  15.        1        cup   Milk - sour                                       
  16.        2        cup   Flour                                             
  17.        1        tsp   Baking soda                                       
  18.        1/2      cup   Nut meats - chopped                               
  19.        1/2      tsp   Salt                                              
  20.        1        tsp   Cinnamon                                          
  21.        1        tsp   Nutmeg                                            
  22.        1/2      tsp   Cloves                                            
  23.        1        cup   Raisins - chopped

  25.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  27.     Blend shortening and sugar. Add sour milk. Stir in dry ingredients,   
  28.     add raisins and nuts. Pour into greased cup cake tins and bake in     
  29.     moderate oven 350 F. from 15 to 20 minutes or until done. You can use 
  30.     any kind of icing.
